    Burner won't heat up

    Model Number: PLEF398ACB
    Brand: Frigidaire
    Age: More than 10 years

    The right front dual element burner p/n 316418400 on my stove top stopped working. When turning the knobs for upper right and lower right burners the lights work showing the temperature but there's no heat to the lower right burner. You can hear a click when turning on the right front burner. So I replaced the right front burner from your company (great service by the way) but still no heat. The main stove console works great. So what could be the problem?

    The power control board is what sends power to the burners, I would suspect that the control board is most likely bad.

    This is the power control board for your model stove:
