GE Burners not all working

Ok, So I got a service call yesterday to check power at an electric range. I checked voltage and we had 243.8, So I told my customer the voltage is good and they needed to call an appliance tech to check the stove out. My customer asked if I could check it out while I was still there. So here is whats going on, 2 out of the 4 burners are working. Its a digital front control and it shows that all burners are on. I took the top off and ohmed out the element and the checked out good. So now what? Is it the control board? Also on one of the large elements that is working only the outside and inside work and not the middle. Any help would be greatly liked.

Yes it sounds like one of the control boards is probably bad. There are three control boards on this stove so you will need to locate the schematic on the stove to see which control board sends power to the burners.
