My fridgedaire gallery range isn't working correctly. The clock and buttons light up but the surface nor the oven work. Is it the control panel?

Probably not the control panel.
Both the stove top and oven elements require 240 volts but are mostly separate from each other so it is probably a power problem.
Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly, sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!!

Great!! Thank you for your info. I looked in to the power supply and noticed one of the female tabs on the receptacle was stretched out and not making contact. I squeezed it back together and everything is working again. Thank you again for your input!!
