My washer won't drain. Odd thing is, that it started shortly after my boot seal started leaking (there was a tear in it, I replaced it, had no problems). Now I consistently get the error code F9E1, which apparently means it takes too long to drain. I cleaned out the drain pump filter (a few pennies), inspected the impeller (fine, not blocked, I watch it spin when I trigger the pump), took off the hose from the bottom that leads into the drain (clear, it was a huge pain to get back on, as far as I can tell it was lined up properly with the air trap), took out the pump and cleared it, cleared the drain hose, and tested resistance across the pump (16 ohms like it should be). Still getting the same error. F9E1. Any ideas?

thanks
