It seems that everything else on the oven works - all stove top elements, etc. But on Convection Mode - the Fan runs but there is no heat. And the top and bottom element don't heat.
However, if you run bake mode (which has no fan) the bottom element heats up properly. If you run broil mode, the top element heats.
So is this a controler issue? Something else? How can I further diagnose?
I could not find a parts breakdown for this unit.
One site did show problems and they were all from Canada so it may be a Canadian unit and often parts breakdowns are not available on the net.
It did come up at the following site so I would down load the wiring diagram etc. from the below site.

Could be a number of things.
First I would check the convection element.
Unplug the unit and one side of the convection element. Then measure it with a meter.
Should be about 23 ohms.
