I just replaced the water filter case as the unit was not making ice. The temperature indicators for freezer and refrigerator now flash 33 and E respectively. I've tried power off for 10 min, and back on. Still have the flashing digits. It's been about an hour, the flashing won't stop, and the unit will not run. Appreciate any advice.

denman - thank you for the speedy reply. Unfortunately, the fast track troubleshooting guide did not work as described. The guide you sent is for RF260BEA, and unfortunately, my model is RF261. Though the panel looks exactly the same, press/hold Freezer & Fridge resulted in no action. Might there be a similar brochure for my model? Thanks again.

You're right, the Product Training file does reference RF261 in its title page, however the panel image is not the RF261. They make reference to use of a Lighting Switch to initiate diagnostics, for example. That button does not exist on my refrigerator. In any event, I wanted to let you know I did figure out how to Clear my error codes, and how to initiate a Self Diagnostic. Through use of the Power Freeze and Power Cool buttons. Hold simultaneously for about 6 seconds and the display will flash and clear. Hold simultaneously for 8-10 seconds and it runs a self diagnostic and displays an error code. I'm not sure how to best share with the community, other than this post?
