Did you replace the thermistor located in the refrigerator section? Is the fan in the freezer section running and do you see any frost on the back panel in the freezer?

It sounds to me like the problem is the refrigerator is not going through the automatic defrost cycle. First unplug the refrigerator, then remove the freezer drawer and everything in the freezer. Pull off the back panel, if the evaporator coil is full of frost (post up pics if you can) then the refrigerator is not going through the automatic defrost cycle and that is what is causing the refrigerator not to cool. There are three defrost components on your refrigerator, the control board, defrost heater, and defrost thermostat. You can unplug the defrost heater and check it for continuity to see if it is good. You can test the defrost thermostat by testing it for continuity while it is cold (it won't have continuity once it warms up). If both of those test okay, then the control board will need to be replaced. We recommend to replace the defrost thermostat anytime you are having a defrost problem (they are common to cause problems... sometimes intermittently). Let us know what you find, and how the repair goes.

These are the parts for your refrigerator:

    Control Board - 12868513

    Defrost Thermostat - W10165425

    Defrost Heater - 12729128

To remove the freezer drawer, pull the drawer out, remove the two screws (one from the left track and one from the right track), lift the drawer up to remove.
