GE Profile Spring to Ice Chute fell out

    Model Number: PFE29PSDASS
    Brand: GE
    Age: 1-5 years

A small spring fell out of my ice chute tonight. I can see on the parts list that it is the spring that keeps the ice chute closed. How do I put this back on? I cannot find a video on how to remove the display panel to get access to the chute. I don't want to break the display panel.

You probably saved me a $150 repair bill for a 5 minute job. Everything is back in place and functioning properly. You ROCK! I've saved the manual to my hard drive for future repairs. Thank you again for your quick and "on target" response.
