Hot surface light is on and the triple burner does not work

My hot surface light won't go out and my triple burner is not working. Triple burner model is GE WB30T10155 Element Haliant 12 Triple. The light next to the control knob goes on when I turn it on. I think it is a limiter's contact got stuck and won't break contact which is causing the light to remain on. If this assumption is correct, is it possible to replace the limiter only or should I replace the whole burner?

Hoping you can share how you resolved this. Was the burner burnt out or was it another issue? I’m having same issue. Thanks
