Frigidaire oven low heat to none

I have test both coils with multimeter and they are good. I have test the temp probe ohms, 1.078ohms. I have test power coming in to stove, 125 volts on both sides. 120-127 volts on each connector on coils. Each connection on control board has 120 volts.

Your oven sensor looks OK.

Just checking for voltage in the heating circuit using Neutral/groung as the reference is not good enough.
You need to check from L1 to L2 to be sure that you have 240 volts.

If one side of the line is bad you cannot tell if the 240 is good using Neutral/ground as one side of the line can feed throug parts and then show up on the other side of the line.

Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
Check the voltage at the wall receptacle
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Do this with the heater off and on.
Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!!

Also I do not know how/where you checked the sensor.
It should be checked at the control board so that any wiring to it is also checked.

If all the above is OK then odds are that the control board is bad.
