    GE GDF520PGD2BB Doesn't have a thermostat?

    Model Number: GDF520PGD2BB
    Brand: GE
    Age: 1-5 years

    Hello everyone,

I have a GE GDF520PGD2BB (from Lowe's) that no longer seems to dry dishes (no steam, heat coming from unit when opened, etc)

Heating element has no visible damage and tests for continuity, so I moved on to the high limit thermostat.

Except, I can't find the dang thing. I've looked all over the actual dishwasher, I've poured over the diagrams and I don't see anything that resembles what I'm expecting. Searching for the term thermostat with that model yields no result.

Does anyone here have any thoughts or experience with this one? Do I jump to replacing the control board from here? I have been subtly informed that this is at the top of my honey do list, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!
    Tom

The following manual should help (2012 GE Dishwasher) (31-9336 GE...)

    https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...1ZxdzBFRkNmUEE

The TCO is shown in the Component Locator Section - Bottom View and also on Page 66

Looks to me that it is part of the lower wiring harness/drain pump kit.

Thanks for the info. Shame it's more expensive than the other part I was contemplating
