The top Of Refrigerator will not cool below 40 degrees.

My Refrigerator will not cool less than 40 degrees. We had someone look at it and he said it was a small fan that moved air from freezer to refrigerator. We got a new fan installed it and it started then blew out again. any idea what the problem could be and how to fix it?

I wonder if you have already solved this issue and if you already know the cause.
Did you install a new condenser fan (below, on the back side) or an evaporator fan? Anyway if you replaced the fan it means you cleaned up debris on the condenser coils, didn´t you?
