Where to connect black wire on new Defrost Timer?

    Model Number: EV200NXAW00
    Brand: Whirlpool
    Age: More than 10 years

I recently purchased a Defrost Timer Kit. Which electrical prong should I connect the black wire to on this replacement part? The Whirlpool Factory part number is W10822278/PD00024199. Thanks!

Sorry but I cannot find a wiring diagram for this unit so cannot be sure.

I would think that since a freezer door is not opened too often thay would use the timer in cumulative mode.

    Perhaps the attachment will help.
