Frigidaire Microwave Thermal Cutoff switch Testing

Hello,

I have watched the video on testing a thermal cutoff fuse (hood), when i run an impedance test on a the fuse it does not sound off, i have purchased a new switch and it also does not sound off. I checked the second thermal cutoff fuse (oven cavity) and the meter does sound off (pass). Is there something different that could be causing it not to sound off?

Yes they are different.

The hood cutoff should be infinite ohms (open) at room temperature.
It closes when it gets hot and keeps the fan running till the unit cools down.
Often the temperature at which it opens is on the device re: L175-30 would be it opens at 175 degrees F and resets (closes) at 145 degrees F.

The oven cutoff should be 0 ohms at room temperature.
It opens if the oven gets too hot and is a safety device.
Most of this type do not re-close so it acts like a fuse but I do not know about this one for sure.

Hi...take a wet fabric and hold it across the moisture sensor strips.
Presently does it leap to Cool Down?
Presently do you get heat?
Be cautious you don't get whacked by the drum confounds.
Additionally do if the warmth goes ahead stop the test ASAP as you can pass a warm cut-over running it with heat on and tthe entryway open.

Likewise, to the extent as far as possible indoor regulator, is that the one included with AP2107129, Dryer warming component get together?
