Samsung dryer not starting

My Samsung dryer dv395etapsu will not start, when I open the door and hold the door sensor button, then push the start button it hums and if I manually rotate the drum it will start and start and run a complete cycle.

This problem usually ends up with the motor being replaced.

I am assuming that the drum turns relatively easily as it can put too much load on the motor if seals etc. are worn.

There is also a possibility that the centrifugal switch is stuck in the activated position.
This disconnects the motor's start winding.
So I would check this.
In this instant the heater would come on when the motor is still at rest.
