Since the stove top elements work correctly power to the unit is OK.
Remove power from the unit and check the wires to the control board and from the control board to the elements.
Check the oven sensor, should be about 1100 ohms at room temperature.
Do this by unplugging it at the control board. Then you are checking the sensor and the thermal cutoff at the same time.
Highest probability is that the control board is toast.
