The door on my GE Fridge TFS28PPBG sinks about 0.25". The part wr01x2039 Thimble Door Bottom is no longer available. Is there any way to fix the door?

I am not sure this will work but I would put a couple washers on he bottom hinge pin to lift the door.

A little grease between the washers should make it open/close nicely.

Thanks, Denman, but it was not as simple. The part was rotten, making the door sink and needed to be replaced.

If you were unable to fix this I would take the thimble to a local parts supplier that has lots of stock.
Also depends on how good the counter person is but most of them are great at helping locate bits and peices.

They may be able to find one that is a close match to yours or one that you can jiggery pokery to work.
