Samsung Dryer Not Heating - at wits end

Hi All --

I have a Samsung dryer that would not start and gave an HE code. After doing some research, it seemed like it was probably the heating element or the control board, so I replaced both the Heating Element Assembly and the Control Board. It solved the error code, but there was no heat. So I did some more research and replaced the motor (thinking it was the centrifugal switch). Still no heat. It runs, but won't warm up. Any ideas? I'm so sick of taking this thing apart.

In Short:
Replaced full heating assembly, control board and motor. Dryer won't heat.

Have you checked the power?
It is important to do the L1 to L2 check.

Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly, sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!!

Thanks for the reply. I just tested the voltage at the outlet and it's 242 or so across L1 & L2 and 121 or so from each to the neutral. I haven't checked at the terminal strip, however nothing looked loose or burned out when I replaced the heating assembly, control board and motor. Where do you recommend testing the internal voltage?

I would check it at the terminal block.
