TouchPad for range no longer available....now what?

Brand: KitchenAid
Age: More than 10 years

This range is likely 20 years old. I suspect the touch pad may at some point need to be repaired or replaced. KitchenAid and other places say it's no longer available. So, when one or more of the tiny touch pad switches wears out what are my options? Can I put a new switch in? Any ideas who might be selling new ones?

Looking up your model's parts it seems that the keypad is glass (capacitive touch) so there are no switches to replace.

Thanks very much denman...I assume that is good news? So does this mean it's not going to wear out? One of the keypad "switches" does sometime take a couple of pokes to get it to work and sometimes it's just fine. Is there anything to help it along?
