    is the compressor running?
You should be able to feel it vibrating and it will be warm.

If it is running then you have a sealed system problem,
It will be an expensive repair as you will need a pro.
Either the unit is out/very low on freon or the compressor is toast.

Yes, compressor is running. Confirming my fears, time to toss.
Amazing though, it was running in house fine. Took to garage (bought new for house), it sat unplugged for about 2 months, plug back in and now it's toast. Maybe God's way of stating that I don't need a beer fridge in the garage??? Thank you.

    Sorry to confirm bad news.
I hate seeing fridges bite the dust especially Beer Fridges.

FYI When moving old units be as gentle as possible keeping them upright.
Also plug them in as soon as you get it to the new location. They do not like to sit without cycling.
If you have to tip them then let it sit for 24 hours before plugging in.
