Hi All,

I'm trying to fix grandma's wall oven that hasn't worked in I don't know how long.

The Control Panel works great - all buttons and functions seemed to be working fine, but the igniter never came on. So i replaced it.
Oven still won't heat. So i decided to tear it apart and try to track down the problem.

I took the Control Panel off and found the Schematic/Diagram paper and followed the testing as outlined and the panel is putting out the correct voltage to the igniter
I tested the thermostClick image for larger version.

ID:	713at and the ohms were in line at both the thermostat and from the control panel thorugh the wiring (1083 measured vs 1100 expected at room temperature)
Just for a sanity check i tested the igniter by attaching it to a known 120 V source and it lights up just fine

Here is where i'm stumped:
The voltage when i turn the oven/broiler on is 20 measured at the two leads that connect to the igniter
I can get 120 V from one of the leads when i touch ground and only a few volts on the other wire
I did a continuity test on the safety valve and didn't get anything
I do have gas going to the actual gas valve

I'm thinking its the safety valve, but not sure.
Any help would be great.
