    cancel light blinking won't start

    Model Number: kdte204epa1
    Brand: KitchenAid
    Age: 1-5 years

cancel light blinks when the door is fully shut but nothing works. will not turn on. have unplugged, powered down the whole house and replaced the control board.

i also found a brown spray nozzle part free near my drain. Sears parts direct says it goes inside my lower spray arm and if i replace bottom spray arm it will fix my washer completely. Im dubious.

I don't think the loose part you found in the bottom of the dishwasher has any relation to the cancel light blinking. If you remove the bottom kickpanel there is a tech sheet on the back side of the panel. If you look through this it may have some troubleshooting information about the cancel light blinking.
