After reading a lot of these threads, I have come to realize I have made a huge mistake by buying a Samsung washer and dryer. To keep this short it started overheating and sometimes would run with 1 minute left on the timer until we turned it off. My power bill for sure noticed. I had called a repair man but he never came and cancelled multiple times, so I tried to do it myself. I replaced the element, which did have a crack in it. Alas, it wasn't overheating....but now there was no heat at all. The next weekend I replaced the two sensors. Success!!! HEAT!...then in a flash it was gone. I swear I have checked everything on this forum that has been recommended. I am not an electrician but I know the breakers are good and there is power to the board and then to the unit when I turn it on, but again I am not an electrician and may have missed something. Could there be any other reason for this, other than Samsung should quit the appliance business?
