Exclamation Samsung Fridge Compressor Won't Restart On Its Own

    Model Number: RF4287HARS
    Brand: Samsung
    Age: 1-5 years

Woke up to a warm fridge/freezer (53/29 degrees) today. No error codes. Unplugged it and plugged it back in, the compressor kicked on and ran until it was cool again. Have been home all day and compressor never kicks back on on its own, we have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to run. Any thoughts on what to check first? I've done some searching and come up with possibly the relay, a sensor, or the entire PCB inverter board; I guess I'm not sure where to start (check all the sensors?). Any help is appreciated!

Belo is a link to a tech sheet.
    Try the diagnostics

Since the compressor runs after unplugging the unit my guess is that the inverter board is OK.
More likely it is the main control board,

When the compressor isn't starting check the blinking lights on the inverter board and look on the tech sheet to decipher what it means.

Did you check if the coolant is sufficient enough in the compressor?
