    Dropping/removing a Viking hood cover

    Model Number: VWH3648-SSCR
    Brand: Other
    Age: More than 10 years

Hi, I’m trying to replace the blower control switch (PE050156) on my Viking hood. I was able to remove the three screws at the top that are holding up the controls panel and drop it down in about 45 degrees But it’s very hard to access it like that and I would like to drop it more to be able to have good access but if I try to push it down more it’s resisting and I don’t want to break it. I can’t find the service manual online. Has anyone done this before and can advise of the right way to do this? TIA

Figured it out I think. There are two screws where the light bulbs are.
