washer goes through cycle but clothes r still wet after. I have replaced the shift actuator, splutch cam kit and drive belt. washer is not getting enough speed to spin out clothes. I know this because I have done the tests and when I try the tests ,in the book from the washer, it spins the same with both slow and fast spin tests... it agitates and spins when I run the machine but doesn't spin fast. don't know what else it could be.
