My display panel has every option lit up all at once. I don’t even know where to start. Oven seems to still work but can’t see what is on because display panel is occupied by every other option being lit up. Turned circuit breaker on and off and unplugged unit. It is still happening.
Need a model number so I can see if a tech sheet for your unit is available.

Hopefully the 4415 unit is close to the 4413 as the 4413 link does not work.
Looks like the unit uses a touch keypad and they are difficult to diagnose.
They are susceptible to problems due to contamination by moisture and grease residue.
All I can suggest is that you remove power from the unit and then disconnect the boards, clean the connectors with isopropyl alcohol or electronics contacts cleaner and see if that fixes the problem.
Just be sure the solvent has all evaporated off before reattaching.
Also check that all grounds are good.
