I have a Whirlpool Model WRF954CIHZ00 Refrigerator. The ice maker does not fill with water and therefore doesn't work. I looked in the back of the fridge where the water line comes in and there is only 1 water inlet valve with a single solenoid (not a dual water valve). The water dispenser works so I am assuming this valve works. Is there a separate ice maker water valve somewhere else in this fridge?
Update, I found the Simplified Job Aid for this refrigerator and followed the instructions for accessing the service mode. This helped diagnose the problem.
