I have the dryer duct and the 250V electrical plug. My dryer didn't come with a terminal block so I was looking to buy that but was unsure if I'd need more parts?

You will need a lot more parts than just the terminal block.
Go mention just a few a main wiring harness, a timer. and a complete heater assembly etc. etc. etc.
You will have to open a illustrated parts diagram for both electrical and gas and compare them part by part.
Will probably cost more than a new dryer.
I am building a software in my GeForce GTX laptop rental to converting the gas dryer to electrical dryer. It will be too easy soon I will launch.
