samsung junk thermal fuse on heating coil

i keep blowing thermal fuses,about 8 now!
What I have done:

-cleaned complete exhaust hose
-replaced every sensor including heating coil,thermister,both thermal fuses,thermostat,heating coil,it blew in 10 minutes
-replaced thermal fuse AGAIN!!!!!
-pulled the dryer away from the wall and unhooked exhaust
-pulled the complete element with casing ,tested everything for continuity ,checked element again 10 ohm,checked case against element to see if the element is shorting
-ran dryer on fluff,no heat so i assume the control panel is good
-lots of air flow from rear of dryer

What next?

You cannot assume that the control board is good just because it shuts power to the heating coil off in fluff (air only) mode.
It could be a problem with the circuitry that reads the thermistor and then controls power to the heating coil.
