Pump won’t spray hard enough to turn arms

    Model Number:
    Brand: Brand
    Age: Less than 1 year

    Model Number: GDF520PGD2WW
    Brand: GE
    Age: 6-10 years

I’m completely stumped on this one. I replaced the circulating pump and it seems to be pushing more power through, but still not turning the upper arms. I had already pulled all the tubes and stuff out and ran water through and found no blockages. I added water into it to see if it wasn’t getting enough water, but that didn’t do anything either. While I had the tube off, which feeds the arms, I poured water into the hole to see if anything would come out, but it doesn’t appear to be blocked there either. I’m out of ideas as to why it’s not getting enough power. It’s old enough that I couldn’t get a new motor, ended up getting one off of eBay which was said to have been never run and pulled off of a scrapped dishwasher. So I suppose this motor could be bad too, but it does seem better. The old one you could hear the lower arm banging off the heat elements because it wasn’t spinning fast enough to not wobble, but that is at least gone now.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
