Ge dishwasher will not power up replaced control board still no power

Age: Less than 1 year

This dishwasher would not power on so I replaced the control board with the updated part (WD21X24901) today. The unit will still not power on, there is a solid green led lit on the board?
Any ideas?

Have you checked fuses as owner's manual for similar GE's model says on page #23?
