Please advise if these ohm readings are normal

    Model Number: MEDC465HW0
    Brand: Maytag
    Age: 1-5 years

    Hi

Maytag dryler 1.6 years old. Dryer is not heating up. I performed the following actions and recorded the ohm's on these parts, looking is someone would know if any of these parts are bad. The google says these parts are okay.

    ohms
    heating element 09.6
    Thermal fuse 00.1
lower thermostat near heat element side ears 00.1
lower thermostat near heat element inside ears 4.85k
I have no idea what that thermostat looking thing is at the top where how air gets sucked into the drum but this reading is also 00.1

I've tested voltage across each lead and I see 122-123 vac on each side
I've checked for blockages from my outside vent up to the dryer, all clear. For some reason I did not look between the dryer screen and the exit point into the dryer exhaust tub.

Please advise if these readings are okay

    Thanks
    Jeff

All of the thermostats, fuses and element are good. I discovered that the moisture sensor is causing my problem. (element not firing up)
I got it going by scrubbing the sensor from inside the drum. Somehow this is tied to the timer cycle not sure why. Cleaned and I got heat again. I'm going to order a replacement to have on hand.
