Refrigerator GE Profile LED Light is out

I have GE Profile Refrigerator LED light is not working.
Model is PFCS1PJXCSS with 3 doors (2 doors for French door and 1 door bottom freezer), 10 years old.
LED light went out all of sudden without any previous sign of flickering.

I have checked Door switch connectivity and LED board are Not problem.
I read zero DC voltage across socket !

Eventually I called GE, and repairman told me isolated wire from LED socket to control board (in back of refrigerator) is bad.
He said wire is built in, and if changed refrigerator isolation gets ruined.
This doesn't make sense to me, $2K refrigerator designed such that a wire is not repairable.

Any suggestion on how I deal with the issue and GE service? Any experience?
