Hi all I need your help.
my whirlpool front load washer, model # wfw97hexl2 when the start button is pushed it displays the message "dispenser cartridge not recognized" it tells me to make sure the dispenser cartridges is inserted correctly and the draw is all the way in which I have done. It still didn't start so I entered the diagnostics, tripped a code F6E1 AFTER DIAGNOSTIC TEST.
I know it's a communication error between the CCU and the MCU



I haven't checked the harness yet.

Is there a usual item that craps out

Any help would be appreciated.
