I had a leak in the drain hose, which of course sprayed directly on the motor causing it to stop. I reported the hose and the motor will not engage. I can turn the shaft slightly when the machine calls for it and it will work normally, but go back to not working when it is called again.

Do I need to replace the motor, or is there some part on the motor that should be changed ( and is it worth it compared to the cost of replacement)?

Thanks for any help!
