Dryer still won't heat

Age: 6-10 years

replaced heating element which did not appear to have anybreaks, 2-thermal fuse, thermostat and the belt cause it showed wear. Clean out everything, great air flow, still does not heat. Help?

Have you checked the thermal fuse located near the motor? If you put your multi meter to 20K OHM setting, you should be able to read resistance. IF you don't that could be the issue. Might look something like this.
