The F-21 code on your washer usually indicates there is a problem with the washer draining out the water. Unplug the washer, and remove the bottom panel of the washer, in the center of the washer you will see the drain pump. There is a piece that unscrews from the drain pump, this is a filter to keep objects (screws, nails, bobby pins, ect) from getting into the impeller of the pump and ruining it. If there is still water in the washer you will need to be prepared (with a wet shop vac, or a bunch of towels, ect) because all of the water in the washer will come out when you unscrew the filter on the pump. Remove the filter and if it is clogged up, clean the filter. Check the impeller of the pump with your finger, it should not have any side to side movement. If it does, replace the pump. If you see any other damage to the pump or if it still does not drain out and putting it back together you will need to replace the pump.
This is the information that Whirlpool provides:
F21 Code is:
LONG DRAIN
If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes the water valves turn off.
NOTES:
After 4 minutes the “Sd” error will be displayed, then
4 minutes later the “F/21” error code will be displayed.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL two times to clear the display.
Possible Causes/Procedure
1. Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or
kinked.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
3. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure
the pump is running.
4. Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
5. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
6. If the above does not correct the problem, go to step 7.
7. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
8. Replace the pump.
If you need to replace the drain pump, this is the pump for your washer:

Last night I got the pump taken apart. I found about $3 worth of change in the filter along with a bunch of other random things. But it looks like something ruined the impeller, so I will have to order a new pump. Thanks for the help.
