Samsung Dryer won't Heat up anymore

    Model Number: WA422PRHDWR/AA
    Brand: Samsung
    Age: 6-10 years

So for a while I was getting an HE Error code. Clothes were getting very hot and the machine shutting off due to the error. After awhile, it would no longer heat. I took the dryer apart and started checking things with a multimeter. Heating element read 10.5 ohms, thermistor read continuity and heating element fuse read continuity. After checking those, I took sand paper and sanded all the connectors to make sure a clean connection. I put it back together and I was back to getting the "HE Error" code for 2 cycles and than once again, no heat at all. I then went and checked thermal fuse located near the motor as well as this other fuse right beside it and it read continuity. I vacuumed and cleaned entire dryer of any lint or blockages. I check the relay and when the dryer is off I read voltage from the blue wire. When I put power on, I read the same voltage from the black wire. This tells me I'm getting power and the relay is good. With power on I also checked the Red wire that gives power to the heating element and that is also receiving power. I looked at the motherboard and it doesn't seem to be showing and broken resisters or signs of heat spots. What should I check next? If I am infact receiving power to my heating element, If I have it open, and turned on, I should see that coil getting hot/red correct, as long as the fuse and thermistor are in fact good?

ID:	968 Here are the readings I was getting for power coming to the relay when the dryer is turned on. I checked my wall plug and I read 240 but power to the relay and I'm only receiving around 13V. Should it not read 120 per side? Am I using the wrong setting on my multimeter by chance?

So I figured out the problem. First disregard that second post I made with the power readings for 240V. I was checking the wrong spot for that and when I checked the correct relay, I was getting 120 from each side with power on. It ended up being the centrifugal switch attached to the motor. It's either sticking closed and causing the dryer to overheat and give off the HE Error or its staying stuck open and not sending the signal to heat. Either way I need a new switch. Hoping I won't need to buy a whole new motor like others had to because they weren't able to order the switch separate
