Samsung Dryer keep blowing thermal fuse

My Samsung dryer keeps blowing the high limit fuse.

I have replaced it several times and after replacement it will run okay for a few a week or two and then blow another fuse.

I have now replaced the high limit fuse and thermostat on the heating element; the thermistor and the control board.

From what I understand there are no other parts that are part of the heater control on this dryer.

I have also checked the vent to ensure that it is not blocked and the dryer hose does not have any kinks.

I am ready to replace the dryer, but thought that I would make a post here to see if there is anything else
that I may have missed.

I may have posted too soon.

When I took the dryer apart I found that the blue wire that connects to the thermal fuse was disconnected.
Further inspection showed that the wire and connector were partially melted (see attached). The fuse itself was fine.
I cut off the melted bits and put on a new connector making sure that there was a solid connect to the wire and that
the fit on the thermal fuse was snug.

Dryer is running now and I will keep my fingers crossed.

Have people seen the connector wiggle loose before?
I'm assuming that it may have been arcing which would explain the melted connector and wire.
