Thread: Indoor Ice Maker Not Working - Full of Water

Question Indoor Ice Maker Not Working - Full of Water

    Model Number: RF267AERS/XAA-00
    Brand: Samsung
    Age: 6-10 years

I have a Samsung French door refrigerator that stopped making ice. It seems that most people have an issue with the ice maker freezing over, mine is exactly the opposite, where the ice maker is not getting cold enough to make the water in the ice tray freeze. Did anyone have a similar problem and fixed it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to make ice cream cake for my cake bakers last Sunday from a video receipt. Usually, I put the mixture of ice cream together in the morning and then churn it in the afternoon and we ate easily that very same evening. I put my ice cream mixture in my freezer in the same order, and I figured out that my mixture wasn't frozen. For this large and fast making, I always prefer a commercial refrigerator for my baking. I just want a quick fix for the future. So I decided to call the company service provider to fix my dilemma. They were really nice and make my cooler-maker in working order.
