This line of refrigerators has the right upper door that can open either as 'showcase' to allow access to just those items living in the door bins or 'doorcase' which more fully opens the door to access the interior of the fridge.
There is a latch on the door handle which when you pull on a certain part of the handle determines if some/all of the door opens.
This latch is stuck 'down' so that regardless of where I pull on the handle I only get 'showcase' and can't access the remainder of the fridge (without mechanically pulling on the door itself after opening the other door).
Anyone have experience with how to gain access to the latch mechanism to troubleshoot or replace?
Can't need an whole new door for a broken latch.....
