My top oven will not heat up. It will not heat on bake or broil. The bottom oven works fine. I checked the resistance on the element and it is good. The oven seemed to gradually stop heating over a period of about 3 weeks. Not sure what to do next. I have replaced the circuit board in it about 6 years ago. Any help is appreciated.
