What would cause my Maytag Bravos washer, all of sudden, become very loud during the spin cycle? Gear case issue? Thanks

It is very common that the bearings inside the gearcase get worn out and cause the washer to get very loud during the spin cycle. The bearings are not serviceable, so if they are bad you will need to replace the gearcase.
