No heat

Hi everyone
Please I need help to fix my HAIER Washer/dryer combo
Iam getting error Fd on drying cycle..
I cleaned the blower blades and surrounding area was almost 90% plugged . Also checked: heater element ,
2 high limit switches , thermistor , they all good.
But iam not getting any power on heat element terminals.
Any idea please...tks
