SAMSUNG DISHWASHER DW80N3030 Pump comes on, stays on, then front panel flashes HEAVY

My unit is new.

I installed exactly to instructions.

I’ve researched and so for I’ve replaced two leak sensors and the main control board.

Still have the same problem.

Have anyone had this issue? Any help to repair this otherwise brand new dishwasher would greatly appreciated.

The Heavy light flashing typically indicates one of two things. 1. The high water float switch in on for 5 seconds in 5 times (Samsung's wording not mine). 2. The high water float switch is on for 120 seconds.

I would start by inspecting the float switch and going from there.
