I have a ge side by side. I noticed the freezer won't go beyond 40 and the fridge stays at 57. I ordered the motherboard fro you guys and replaced it. When I plugged the fridge back in, everything came back online, fan, compressor, thermostat, etc. There are also no unusual sounds. It's been 24 hours, but the temperatures still haven't gone back down. What else could this be?

You will need to unplug the refrigerator and remove the panel in the back bottom section of the freezer. Plug the refrigerator back in and let it run for about 30 minutes and look at the frost pattern on the evaporator coil. Post up a picture of what the coil looks like if you can.
