glass top dual element switch

i purchased a replacement switch for the dual element stove top #77001257
terminals on new switch are in different locations and labeled different.

old switch
terminal 2, red wire
3, brown
4, brown
5, purple with purple(2 wires)
6, white
N, black

new switch
(H1)3
(L1)27421-2
(L2)
(P)5
(H2)4
(L2b)N

your help would be great.

You just have to match the numbers from the old switch to the new switch.

that is where my problem is, the new switch does not have the same numbers.

the old switch "TUDP415" has been replaced by a universal switch "77001257" and the labeling of the switch is different.

You have to match up the numbers 2,3,4,5,6,N ect from the old to new switch.

Take some pictures of the old switch before you disconnect any wires from it, so you can use it as a reference if you need to.
