Maytag Maytag Performa Washer Makes High Pitched Noise in spin cycle

Just started doing today. Very loud high pitched noise in spin cycle. washer seems to work though. Noise changes/goes away if i push inner tub to one side or the other. Any help in diagnosis would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Can you also get me the serial number for this washer? The most common thing that causes these to get noisy during the spin cycle are the tub bearing and seal going bad.
