Maytag Neptune: ND after Pump Replacement

Washer stops at drainage points, says ND

Figuring it was the pump, we replaced the pump, no change. If I use a shop vac to suck out the water at the various points that it drains, the machine will run a full cycle. But on it's own, the pump doesn't turn on.

Things said that in that case, it's the control board. I opened the top, got into the control board, and there is a brown goo on the washing machine frame. Parts of the "grease" on the back of the control board look like they melted and I see the control board, rest is covered.

The Control Board is: MWDP27, specifically, 06FMWDP27T7

It sounds like the draining problem is probably being caused by the main control board not sending power to the drain pump motor. The grease and brown goo sounds like you might have a rear tub bearing failure on the washer. Both of these parts are expensive to replace, it is probably time to replace the washer.
